Information regarding the Subjects past activities, business ethics, wrongful discharge suits against former employers and breach of contracts, etc. can sometimes uncover a history of repeated fraudulent or frivolous lawsuits.
CRIMINAL COURT: Felony (Superior Court) and Misdemeanor (Municipal Court) conviction records can be searched for by county and the original court documents can be read to verify identification of the subject and determine the nature of the case.
These types of searches can uncover a history of assault, battery, drug charges and theft among many other things.
FAMILY/DOMESTIC COURT: Domestic Violence, Restraining Orders, Child Abuse or Neglect, and a number of other charges can be revealed with a search of the Family Court records.
